Camp FAQ's
Q. Do all camps swim during the day?
A. All Full day camps will have a recreation swim included in their camp day
Q. When is my payment due?
A. To receive any Early Bird Discounts all payments must be made in full. If registering after the Early Bird discount, a $50 non-refundable deposit (per camp) will be collected at
the time of enrollment and this will hold your child’s place in camp.
The remaining balance is due by May 1, 2012 (if you did not pay in full for your camps). Registration is ongoing throughout the summer, any sign ups after May 1, 2012 must pay in full.
Q. How is my final payment collected?
A. The total balance for all summer camps must be received by May 1, 2012. If your final payment is not received by May 1, 2012 then it will automatically be deducted from your original method of payment (credit card on file) on May 2, 2012. Any sign ups after May 1, 2012 must pay in full at time of registration.
Q. What if I am dropping of my child late?
A. All children that arrive to camp after check in time must
report to the Program Desk and the parent must take the
camper directly to their designated camp area.
Q. What if I’m late picking up my child at the end of the day?
A. If your child picked 15 minutes past the end of camp, a charge of $15 for Members, $20 for General Public will be assessed and your camper will be entered into PM Care. This charge will be taken from your method of payment on file.
Q. Is lunch provided for campers registered for the Lunch Bunch
program?
A. Yes, lunch is provided with the Lunch Bunch and takes place
from 11:30am – 12:00pm followed by an hour of fun activities
or crafts.
